We offer appointments via telehealth and sporadically via face to face at Suite 12, 134-140 King Street, Newtown NSW 2042.

Your GP might have referred you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan under The Better Access initiative. This referral gives you access to a total of 10 Medicare subsidised psychology sessions per calendar year. We take full payment for your session and process your Medicare claim. You should receive your rebate ($101.55) from Medicare within 48 hours.

If your private health cover includes psychology, you should be able to claim your appointment. Rebate amounts vary based on your coverage so it can be helpful to speak to your insurer.

Appointments between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday cost $240.
After hours appointments between 5pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday or 9am to 3pm on Saturday cost $260.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that occur between 24 to 48 hours will incur 50% of the session cost ($120 to $130). Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours from your appointment will incur the full fee ($240 to $260). No Medicare rebate is applied for cancelled sessions.

We recommend initially booking a minimum of two appointments no more than a fortnight apart to get to know each other and build the therapeutic relationship. Thereafter, we can discuss the frequency of your future appointments based on your availability and needs.
For some people, therapy can be a few appointments and for others it can be more long term. It is important to consider what you would like to achieve in therapy and we can help guide you on how long this might take.
